Which type of crane is right for us?
The choice depends on the load, lifting height, available space and how the equipment will be used. Send our team your workshop drawings or photographs so we can discuss a suitable overhead, gantry or jib crane arrangement.

What information is needed for a quotation and design?
Please provide the lifting capacity, lifting height, span or jib length, the material to be handled and whether the crane will operate indoors or outdoors. Include the required lifting and travelling speeds, power supply, operating temperature, any hazardous-area requirements and the expected hours and frequency of use. Workshop drawings and photographs are also helpful.
Can a crane be installed where there are no existing support columns?
Our engineering team can review the available space and the building structure to assess a suitable support arrangement. Please send site drawings and photographs before a design is selected.
Can you supply compatible spare parts?
We supply crane spare parts such as hoists, motors, drums, wheels, hooks, rails, travelling components and power-feed systems. Provide the crane model, component details and photographs so our team can check compatibility.
Which control methods are available?
Depending on the crane and application, control options include a pendant push-button station, radio remote control or an operator cabin. Our team can discuss the appropriate arrangement for your operating requirements.
How long does production take?
Lead time depends on the crane specification, component availability and production schedule. Our team will confirm the expected delivery period with the quotation and order arrangements.
What if the crane is needed urgently?
Please tell us your required delivery date before placing an order. We will review the production schedule and available options and confirm what can be achieved.
Who will attend a technical meeting?
Your sales contact can coordinate a meeting with the relevant sales and engineering representatives to discuss the project requirements.
