1. Define the requirements
Share the required capacity, span, lifting height, duty cycle and available building drawings. Tell us about the load, working environment and installation location.
2. Review the lifting solution
The team reviews whether an overhead, gantry, jib or monorail arrangement suits the application. Supporting steelwork, power supply and control options are considered as part of the scope.
3. Manufacture and install
Fabrication and assembly follow the agreed technical scope. Installation access, site readiness and the delivery schedule are confirmed for each quotation.
4. Maintain and support
Discuss periodic maintenance, inspections, load testing, spare parts and control upgrades with the team to support continued operation.
